Hello,

I'm working on a really strange situation. My client can't connect to internet videoservices trough a VBP, since the incoming streams on the VBP internal interfaces are going to a wrong IP Address.

The situation is like this.

Endpoint A (let's say IP Address A) is trying to call a internet video service.

A asks the GK/DMA, that signal the route to redirect to the VBP internal interface (let's say address VBP)

After that the VBP and GK/DMA starts the H.225 CS and H.245.

In the H.245 after capabilitySet and MasterSlave they set the OLC (Open Logical Channel): but toward another IP Address (let's say Z).

The really strange thing is that the H.245 OLC on the VBP goes to Z, instead looking at call history in the GK/DMA it have the right address (A), but the result is that A does not get the RTP streams.

Do you have any idea to troubleshoot this?

P.S. I have attached the Call Events from the GK/DMA and the TCPDUMP from the VBP

A is 10.207.2.18

VBP is 10.216.100.134

GK is 10.207.1.66

Z is 10.207.254.137

You might want to look at this evaluation of the .pcap...  I'm wondering if something might be up with the BlueJeans network gateway you are calling...

Take a look..
