We publish an address book to all our HDX endpoints which contains meeting rooms for the RMX. The endpoints are locked down so only the address book is accessible. We use iPads along with our VBP-ST. This means each iPad user has a private meeting room in the address book.

We have now reached the limit of 100 entries (tiers) in the address book (i.e. 100 meeting rooms) on our CMA 4000.

Problem I have is I cannot add any more entries. I know there is sub tiers which allow me to add more entries but nothing over 100 appears in the address book. I know you can have multiple address books, but unsure whether you can publish two address books to one endpoint. I believe one may take priority.

I strongly believe there must be a workaround/solution for this limitation. I believe there must be other organisations out there with more than 100 meeting rooms in an address book. I would appreciate any feedback from anyone else who has experienced this issue, and any workarounds you can share.

Hello,

We have CMA ver. 6.0.1.2-82563.

We are using the RMX and require more than 100 entries in the address book. Any ideas?

Thanks
