"Invalid User Name or Password" message

Dears ,


We face a problem that "Invalid User Name or Password" message appeared when trying to log on to the Polycom CMA 4000 using CMAD or Polycom RealPresence Desktop or Mobile .


EveryDay , I made Enable User and Unblock User for all registered Users on Polycom CMA 4000 , Software Version of CMA : 6.0


Please , We want fix the problem as soon as possible.

Could I kindly ask you not to "bump" your post?

If this is urgent please open a support ticket via your reseller just as I explained already => here <= and => here <=


If you are having issues with your reseller please contact myself via private message and list some of your serials so I can look this up and forward to the right team.
