Services are tied to devices. You will have to delete the devices in which the services are created in order to fully accomplish your goal.

step by step:

1. turned off the device

2. removed the device from the list (address 10.184.16.11 and 10.184.16.15)

3. moved to the list of services

4. deleted the services 7000001 and 7000111

5. restart CMA

6. after some time

7. after restarting the CMA see in the list of previously deleted services

Services 7000001 and 7000111 are defined in RMX 10.184.16.15 (in its network service) and so are listed in CMA automatically. They can not be deleted from CMA while they they exist in RMX and RMX is registered by CMA.

therefore RMX (10.184.16.15) was first off, and only after that it was removed from the list of devices. Services associated with it, were removed after the event. Hereinafter RMX not included, and therefore do not register with the CMA. However, after rebooting the CMA previously deleted services came again. It is typical for version 6.0, as of version 5.x such was not.

HP Recommended

If you delete RMX from CMA, do its services come back?

HP Recommended

yes!

previously remote services appear and in other cases. For example, if you delete a service in the settings of the RMX, the service from the CMA retire at first, but then when you restart appears again. These services over time accumulate.

HP Recommended

Have the devices which have been configured to register to the CMA been editing so they do not register to the CMA again. The RMX for example has a H323 gatekeeper tab under the IP Network Service which allows the RMX MPM card to register to the CMA. Without do this, then the devices will automatically show up again after the initial refresh period has passed.

dear Simons

tell me more about the incarnation of the soul and about the God Krishna. This device off a week ago, i.e. de-energised and is disconnected from the network.

Simon,

Let me confirm the issue, it can be easy reproduced. It is impossible to delete any service in any way, after CMA reboot it comes back.
