Plantronics + Polycom. Now together as Poly Logo Firmware on CCX 500

Occasional Contributor Firmware on CCX 500

As of Jan 24th there is version available as a Firmware Update in the Microsoft Teams Admin Center for the Poly-ccx500's but I see no mention of it here on the Poly site.  Anyone have any release notes and or information regarding changes?  I have only applied it to two phones and noticed 'no differences'.

Welcome to the Poly Community.

Software resolves a DHCP option 252 proxy issue and in addition, resolves an issue to my own personal knowledge, where the phone appears to be locked when in reality there is an invisible window waiting for the user to select a response.


For example, if you enable Dark Mode in the settings menu the prompt that normally appears to accept/cancel does not show, but if you tap where the buttons should be they will work.
