BTOE Unlocking wrong phone

I currently have an odd situation where I have 2 phones 2 PC's, same user.  We are currently using Windows 7 with BTOE 3.4.2.  The phones are vvx 601 and vvx 411 (I have tested multiple phones and multiple Firmwares)..current firmware is 5.5.1.11526 on both.

 

If I log onto ComputerA, the phone will not unlock.  If lock computerA, the phone will not unlock.  If I log onto ComputerB, both phones unlock.  If I lock ComputerB, both phones lock.

 

If I turn ComputerB Off, I can no lock and unlock PhoneA with ComputerA.

 

Any ideas?

I did see this thread previously.  the phones are cabled correctly and we are using POE so I am asuming they wouldnt even powerup if the cables were reversed.

Hello RobYoung,

The next step is to bring this to the attention of Polycom support.

In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you.

If this is some sort of an Internet discounter please post either your phone's MAC address or your Polycom devices serial so I can look up who would be able to support you.
