Hi

Where do I find the Feature  "feature.lyncbtoe.auto.signin.signoff.enabled="  Is it stored in the configuration file on the phone?

Is it something that can be manually edited.  I have Polycom VVX 410 handsets using software 5.4.0.10182.

Hello Martin,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

I have moved this whole post to our dedicated Skype for Business section.

Secondly the parameter in question is called:

feature.lyncbtoe.autosignin.signoff.enabled

You can find it within the \Config directory within any firmware download since UC Software 5.0.0 within the lync.cfg template file.

This feature and its title is a little misleading.

To auto log off the phone, one of the following actions must take place on the PC:

  • Log off the PC
  • Exit the BToE application

Doing any of the above will log the phone out - it doesn’t work just exiting/signing out the Lync / SFB Client.

Where can i download the cfg file?

HP Recommended

Hello MarkNL,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

With each firmware download you can get these files or simply create a file yourself which you can import.

Example:

<test feature.lyncbtoe.autosignin.signoff.enabled="1" />
