BToE and IPv6

Hi - We are finding we have to disable IPv6 on our NIC cards in order to pair the software with the phones using BToE.

We use IPv6 for DirectAccess and we cannot disable it but we are for a workaround.  When will IPv6 be compatible with BToE?

BToE version - 3.6.0

Firmware Version - 5.6.0

Any insight would be helpful.

Thank you

Hello admcclendon,

welcome back to the Polycom Community.

Usually if a product is compatible with as an example IPv6 we document this in the release notes.

We cannot talk about future versions within this community.

Re: BToE and IPv6

We understand that you document what does not work with all releases.

Purpose of this post was to bring to light an issue that I hope Polycom takes into consideration as IPv6 become more and more... I know the phone firmware 5.6 addresses it... was just hoping that BToE 3.6.0 was aligned.
