Hello,

 

We have some VVX 411 phones directly connected with Ethernet to somes computers. We deployed BToE on these computers but they pairs with random phones in the office, either if they are not connected directly to.

 

Is there any way to force pairing with a specific VVX phone ? It's really strange, it depends when the users boot the computer.

 

BToE connector is 1.0.0 - VVX 411 software 5.5.0.20556

Jun 15, 2016 Question:Can I use UC Software 5.5.0 for Lync or Skype for Business deployments?

Resolution:UC Software 5.5.0 has not been qualified by Microsoft to use in Lync or Skype for Business deployments. Polycom will not support UC Software 5.5.0 use in Lync or Skype for Business deployments.

 

and in addition BToE needs to be Version 3.3.0

 

So please downgrade to UC Software 5.4.5 and use BToE 3.3.0

Thanks for the quick answer.

 

BToE is in version 3.3.0, I don't know where I saw 1.1.0.

 

I am downgrading phones to 5.4.5 and post any upgrade.
