Dear Sir or Madam,
We face a choice when it comes to Polycom telephony.
At fairly large proportion of computer is with us virtualize.
The request of the Board provides that all employees have a Polycom phone and Lync client.
On the hardware computer we have collected in respect of Polycom Lync Better Together and good experience.
In the Virtual environment, there seems to problems with Better Together.
The reason is that the hardware client has a MAC address, but the virtual machine to another.
Is there a solution?
We staked Lync 2013, Polycom phones VVX310 and VVX 410
