Hello!
We're running into an issue with our offices that are using CCX 500 phones with Microsoft Teams.
When parking customers, if another call comes in, the screen displaying the parked call disappears. The timing of this can be unfortunate if the call happens to come in right as you're parking the call. To my knowledge there is nowhere they can go to see what # the initial call was parked on.
Is there somewhere to see this on the CCX 500 that I'm overlooking? I know on the Teams desktop client it shows your parked calls on the top left of the calls screen.
This might be something that should be a feature request on the Teams user forum. Reaching out here just in case.

They are in control of all 3rd party Teams IP phones like ours.
