I got a normal option 3 in my DHCP scope and that works fine for VVX and CCX.

 

Do you have a Wireshark trace and/or logs with DHCP at event 1?

Is your example from a SonicWall?   I don't have a wireshark capture of the DHCP activity

no I am using a standard Windows DHCP server in my lab.
