CCX 500 native Teams and non-Engish

I have CCX 500 phone and I'm using Teams as the calling platform.  The phone base profile is set to MSTeams.


When I connect the phone I select in the initial setup wizard the language German.  When I get to the login screen, the phone will ask for my name and password but will not go further.  I fails when contacting the company portal to register.  If I change the language to English it works without.  Login completes, it registers to Teams and is visible in the Teams Admin Center.


My question is there a known problem with phones in non-English languages registering natively to Teams?  I do recall a vague memory reading something about this issue but I cannot recall when or where or if its my imagination.

Welcome back to the Poly community.

Some or a couple of your old post(s) or reply(s) to them => here <= are still open/pending as you have not marked these as "Accept as a solution" or at least provide some form of feedback or answer.

If they are in this state nobody finding them via a community search will know if an answer or advice provided was useful and has maybe helped you.

Could you therefore kindly go over them and mark or answer as appropriate?

If they are marked as "Accept as a solution" other users can find these easier and it helps them to utilise the community more efficiently. Please do not simply mark them without any type of feedback.


For your new issue please work with our Partner Microsoft as they supply and support the Teams Software running on our phones.
