CCX 700 and Teams... Did I punk myself?

Wait Wait Wait... so the CCX 700 doesn't login to Teams?  Ask me how I know?  Hint... I just received an order I placed for P/N 2200-49750-025.

Re: CCX 700 and Teams... Did I punk myself?

Hello @KeithT ,

Welcome back to the Poly Community.

a -025 SKU is always openSIP as Teams/Skype for Business would be -019 instead.

Stating the above during the design and manufacturing of the new CCX range the specifications required for a Video capable phone where changed which did not allow us to use the CCX 700 for its originally designed use case.

At present, there is no video-capable CCX Teams phone from Poly and any discussion around this would require an NDA via a Poly sales engineer.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
