Hi,

We have recently started to deploy CCX500 devices instead of VVX devices.

We have PDMS-E setup and DHCP options so that any devices connected to the LAN will automatically provision from PDMS-E.

This works as expected with the VVX/Trio devices and they are very much plug and play.

With the CCX devices we have noticed that the provisioning doesnt kick in until the EULA has been accepted which needs to be done on the phone. I've had a look online and i can see some provisioning settings for Trio devices which automatically accepts the EULA. This can be found here: https://knowledgebase-iframe.polycom.com/kb/viewContent.do?externalId=26718

Will the config explained in this article apply to the CCX devices?

Thanks,
Robert

Hello ,

Welcome back to the Poly Community.

Using a similar configuration to the below should setup the phone:

<PHONE_CONFIG>
   <DEVICE_SETTINGS
device.set="1"
device.eulaAccepted.set="1"
device.eulaAccepted="1"
prov.eula.accepted="1"/>
</PHONE_CONFIG>
