I have tried adjusting the phone volume and the audio setup on skype for business to the maximum, yet when I am in a conference call, the volume is soft. What can I do to increase the volume?

Hello Jeffchew,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The CX300 is controlled by the Skype for Business / LYNC client and the volume control can only be set to the ranges that these allow.

 

In addition on a Hands Free call echo cancellation plays a role.

Thanks for your pomp the help. However, I have set the skype for nudiness volume to the maximum as well as the phone. Is there anywhere else that I can set that can perhaps boast the v.olune? I noticed that it is worst when I am in a mult parties call. If onky the value can be doubled.

You may want to reach out to the Microsoft® community and / or Microsoft® support directly instead as this is the most direct and efficient path.

Polycom is unable to add any new features into the functionality of these CX Devices
