Could you please confirm us if we can integrate Polycom CX5500 as a SIP with Cisco Call Manager.

Thanks.

Re: CX5500 integration with Cisco Call Manager

Hello Aymane,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The community's VoIP FAQ contains this post here:

Jul 17, 2014 Question:Can I deploy Polycom® SoundStation® IP Conference Phones with Cisco® Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

The above explains how you get the phone part of the CX5500 integrated with a CUCM using examples from a Polycom SoundStation phone.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Re: CX5500 integration with Cisco Call Manager

Hello Aymane,

The CX5500 just like the VVX and the SoundPoint phones was not officially qualified for CUCM but they all use the same software.
