CX5500 no onscreen dial pad (Modern theme)

Good day to all,

It seams someone forget to add onscreen dialpad in Modern Theme - CX5500 (1.3.2.120025)

Or i just can't find it

 

Because on Classic theme it work perfectly

I can replicate this and raised this internally as 1-7691694859 / VIDESC-17773

 

How many units are affected by this ?

 

I suggest you officially report this and in order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you.

End Customers are unable to open a ticket directly with Polycom support.

If this is some sort of an Internet discounter please post either your phone's MAC address or your Polycom devices serial so I can look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Polycom device from.
