UC 5.5.0

 

When pressing the Callers soft key, the Recent calls screen is opened, but not call records are shown.

 

After pressing the Recent key again the call records appear.

 

 

Looks like a bug in the software.

 

EDIT:

It looks like it only displays the incomming calls, and after pressing the Recent button, all recent calls are shown.

Maybe it is by design, but in this case we are missing a soft key for all recent calls.

Jun 15, 2016 Question:Can I use UC Software 5.5.0 for Lync or Skype for Business deployments?

Resolution:UC Software 5.5.0 has not been qualified by Microsoft to use in Lync or Skype for Business deployments. Polycom will not support UC Software 5.5.0 use in Lync or Skype for Business deployments.
