Hi,

I've some problem to call an external user that use a normal account (not for business) while if i call from Normal to For Business it's ok.

Moreover is it possible to have a SIP Call to multi-user phone like i can do with my Iphone?

Thanks a lot for your answer

Hi @Gianluca Anversa,

no, it´s not possible to call "Consumer Skype", only SfB. We discussed it several times in this community, so it is recommended to use the search function first. 🙂

If your Group is registred to a SIP-Server you can have SIP calls, no problem. Group systems support SIP, H.323 and SfB for calling.
