Hardware VVX600
Ver. 5.9.7.42880
Base: Skype
we are seeing an issue where on our VVX phones, when we program a speed dial number from a skype contact, if we long press the contact I can see more information about that user, i.e. their Org, email address and phone number(s). The issue is the information displayed is inconsistent for users, some users do not see the Phone number information and some do. Not sure if there is a specific feature setting that is allows this information to be displayed.
thanks all,

Hello @BSCC_Mike ,
Welcome back to the Poly Community.
Our partner Microsoft did not include this in the 3PIP certification and therefore, without manually changing the relationship status for each contact from the standard Colleagues to Workgroup or Friends and Family the SIP messaging will not include these additional details.
In order to match the Skype client our support team worked around this by adding a new parameter:
<?xml version="1.0" standalone="yes"?>
<!-- Display the full contact card information -->
<changes>
<config up.queryContactInfo="1" />
</changes>
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
Best Regards
