Contacts softkey missing

 

 

Was there ever a fix for this issue.

 

I'm seeing the same behaviour on VVX 500 and VVX 600 with 5.4.0.10182 Factroy reset doesn't always resolve the issue.

 

You can see the 'Contacts' softkey is missing in the attached screenshot. If the space for the button is pressed / touched the space changes color from black to gradiant as if the the soft key is there, but there is no action performed.

Hello James,

As stated by Chris in the linked post this was raised as a service Ticket and should be fixed in the next 5.4.1 release.

 

I cannot publicly provide a release date for this until it is released so if you require this urgently please raise a support ticket via your Polycom reseller.

 

As this is a duplicate post I close this.
