I am trying to get the incoming caller ID Name (P-asserted-idenity) to display on response group calls.
When the response group call is being presented to agents they only see the number but once they answer the call they see the name.
Any ideas on how to get the Name P-asserted-identity to actually be presented to the agent when the RG is ringing?
I have voIpProt.SIP.Caller.SourcePreference="P-Asserted-Identity"
voIpProt.SIP.CID.sourcePreference="P-Asserted-Identity" but just get the number. If I change it to From and have a contact i see the contact name but then lose it when the call is answered. This isnt ideal anyway since i can't program every number on speedial.
Any suggestions?
