Looks like the domain is empty. reg.1.auth.domain=""

Does it login if you enter the information manually from the phone?

I would recomend upgrading your firmware 5.1.3 is pretty old.

HP Recommended

Thanks for your suggestion, I'm upgrading to version 5.4.
I also put the domain to the attribute.

I will comment on the results shortly.

5.4.0A and 5.3.1 are the latest versions supported with Lync/SfB.  5.4.0A has some issues around sigining in so test it in your enviromant before giving to users.

HP Recommended

I have the error still, I'll try to version 5.3.1

Hello bioalpha,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

None of this configuration is required anymore as this was initial requirement using UC Software 4.0.0

Now you simply install UC Software 5.3.1 or Uc Software 5.4.0A and ensure the unit is factory reset and then placed into LYNC Base profile mode via the multiple key combination 1,4 and 9

Once rebooted you either use Pin & Extension or Single Sign In.

You may enable the Web Interface as described in the FAQ.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards

Thanks Steffen!

I hadn’t looked at his config file yet.

In your phones config file you can use this to set the phones base profile to Lync as well.  These three settings replace pretty much everything in the config file you posted.

<lyncbaseprofile device.set="1" device.baseProfile.set="1" device.baseProfile="Lync" />

You can still use the auth settings if you want to pass the credentials to the phone from the config file.

Good afternoon,

Make changes suggested:

- Software version 5.3.1
- Do not use CFG file

but even I have the same problem

I tried CFG file because the CA certificate is not loaded, but does not work

HP Recommended

I see lots of TLS errors, suggesting that your CA cert is not loaded.  I see you have the Option 43 override set.

I also see this.

002719.101|dhcpc|4|00|The option data for suboption 255 does not exist
002719.185|utilm|4|00|utilFixUpSubnetMask: Subnet Mask Fixed to (0xff000000).

This is normal if you are using DHCP Option 43 and it is not configured correctly.  If you have that and the override set can you remove the DHCP option?  Right now it is forcing your subnet mask to 255.0.0.0 that might not be correct.

THANK YOU!!
I have refined some options on the DHCP server causing the problem, it had to duplicate the scope and level server options.

I'll call testing. On the website I see already initiated the session
