SoundStructure (1.7.2) SoundStructure VoIP Interface (5.4.2.2834) in a Lync 2013 environment with a PTC (Panel Software: 1.11.0-15 OS Version: 1.11.0-14 Kernel Version 2.6.32)
Pressing the # key while in a call terminates the call. This presents a challange as many services require a #.
5.4.0.10182 does not exhibit this behaviour
I'm guesing this is not expected behaviour, I didn't find it in the release notes as a known issue.

we would need to see logs etc. so please go ahead and open a Support Ticket via your Polycom reseller.

If you struggle to identify the reseller please provide me with the MAC of the VoIP card and/or the serial of the SoundStructure.
The sooner you do this the sooner we can help you.

All was sold via SCANSOURCE COMMUNICATIONS and the VoIP card is still in warranty so you should be good to open a ticket on this.
