Entering Numbers while in IVR call doesnt display on screen

Hi,

 

When on a phone call and asked to enter numbers eg IVR, conference system etc. Typing numbers doesnt display on the VVX500 screen, Can this be changed?

welcome back to the Polycom Community.

I briefly tested this with a VVX1500 running a SIP profile and we do not show the digits there either so I believe this is working as designed and would require a Feature Request via your Polycom reseller.
