Favorites contacts update issue with Unified Contact Store

Hello,

 

Phone: VVX300 with firmware 5.4.0.10182 connected to a S4B server using BToE 3.2

 

Since we move to UCS (Unified Contact Store), when I put someone in my favorites in the S4B Client I need to wait 24h before show up on my VVX300. If I reboot my phone, the new favorite shows up.

Before, it was instantly added on my phone.

 

Is there a way to fix that?

Hello AlexVL,

welcome back to the Polycom Community.

We usually subscribe to the Favorites and the LYNC server sends us a Notify with these.

 

I suggest you open a ticket with your Polycom reseller so we can have a look at this and ensure you provide either the per Device LYNC license or the Purchase order for the LYNC SKU phones so we can verify your support entitlement.
