Re: Favorites contacts update issue with Unified Contact Store
welcome back to the Polycom Community.
We usually subscribe to the Favorites and the LYNC server sends us a Notify with these.
I suggest you open a ticket with your Polycom reseller so we can have a look at this and ensure you provide either the per Device LYNC license or the Purchase order for the LYNC SKU phones so we can verify your support entitlement.
