Login Issue w/ Skype for Business (On Premise)

Hi Gurus,

 

I've a strange issue on one of my site where Polycom can't connect to skype for businness servers successfully.

Skype client on desktop users are working on the other hand.

From the log, I see that the polycom is correctly contacting servers and that TLS Handshake is successful, but then the connection is stuck into 'Request Path Settings/lyncSignInStatus'.

 

Anyone has an idea where I should look for to resolve this issue ?

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always good to tell us about the actual Polycom device and the software that is being used but as you work for one of our Partners and I could find the info in the log it is OK.

 

This Trio running UC Software 5.5.3 simply never gets an answer from the Skype server:

Hi Steffen,

 

I noticed this also.

The thing I don't understand is why does skype client from users desktop connecting from the same subnet to the same servers receive an answer and why Polycom devices acting as a Skype for Business client don't ?
