Hello all,

We are experiencing issues in terms of maintaining connectivity with M365 Teams for our Poly Trio C60's. They will register fine and will remain stable in terms of connection for a few days but will end up disconnected with a No Internet Banner. The devices can still be connected via HTTP interface and hence maintain good LAN connectivity. I have a test C60 on my desk at home (sitting behind a standard Virgin Media router) and I never experience these issues so I know the problem does not lie with the C60s. This therefore 'suggests' some yet to be discovered issue with the the Palo Alto's setup in my opinion. Does anyone have any first hand experience / knowledge here that that would help me bring these nice devices to life properly. Any info that can help me better understand what if anything needs to be configured on the Palo Alto.
