We are using Lync Server 2010 with client side using Polycom CX600 Lync Phone. Everything is ok if we use Polycom CX600's Lync Phone Edition running Firmware ver. "4.0.7577.296".But after we upgarde to "4.0.7577.4487" the polycom phone cannot sign in with error message "Your account is not configured to use this service. Please contact your support team". When we downgrade to “4.0.7577.296" the user can sign in will again. Please advise the cause of this issue. Is this related to Lync Server configuration? Or Is the latest firmware is not compatible to Lync Server 2010. Thanks.
