we have a VVX 500 with the 5.4.4 firmware installed in use, to test the MoH. We are logged in with a Lync-Account and we managed that the phone accepted the WAV file. The problem is, that the correct music is played but only for about one second. After that one second the standard music is played.
Does anybody has a fix for that? Or know what could cause that behaviour?
What do you mean by the standard music ? Aka the Polycom Music on Hold file aka Polycom-hold.wav?
What is the scenario when this happens i.e. are this internal or external calls?
In addition you should be using UC Software 5.5.1 or if needed 5.4.6
