New Phone Software 5.6.1 with Lync 2013 and VVX600 stucked in Reboot initiated

After having upload 5.6.0 fine with all cabs, I tried to install 5.6.1 on lync 2013 witl all the cabs but when the vvx600 upload the new version remain stucked in Reboot initiated ....

Hello @FabioSaitta,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

I have not heard of something like this so it may be an isolated issue on your end.

 

I suggest you get this into support.


In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you.

End Customers are unable to open a ticket directly with Polycom support.

If this is some sort of an Internet discounter please post either your phone's MAC address or your Polycom devices serial so I can look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Polycom device from.
