Dear team,
our customers are receiving the following message
"As previously communicated (MC171089) Office 365 Skype for Business is planning to move all of our online services to Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.2+ to provide best-in-class encryption, and to ensure our service is more secure by default......
Update or replace clients and devices that rely on 3DES to connect to Office 365 Skype for Business prior to July 10, 2019."
Are there any actions to perform on trio devices? Shall we modify the minimum TLS version under Settings > Network > TLS?
Hello @almas7 ,
welcome back to the Poly community.
Some or a couple of your old post(s) or reply(s) to them => here <= are still open/pending as you have not marked these as "Accept as a solution" or at least provide some form of feedback or answer.
If they are in this state nobody finding them via a community search will know if an answer or advice provided was useful and has maybe helped you.
Could you therefore kindly go over them and mark or answer as appropriate?
If they are marked as "Accept as a solution" other users can find these easier and it helps them to utilise the community more efficiently. Please do not simply mark them without any type of feedback.
Your new post does not contain the minimum required information.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
Best Regards

Dear @SteffenBaierUK,
I updated my previous posts.
About my last question, the details are following
- Test phone model : VVX 411

- Software version 5.9.2.3446
Shall I also update the minimum TLS version in "TLS 1.2" under Settings > Network > TLS ?
