Poly CCX 500 AC Power Adapter

Is there a compatibility matrix somewhere on the Poly website that lists the part numbers for the AC power adapters that will power the CCX phones? I haven't been able to find one.

Thanks!

(I did reply to another post with on this topic but it doesn't appear to have shown up on the front page, so I am reposting. Hope that's okay.)
