Hello,
I was wondering if there were any configuration settings I can apply to our Polycom 8800 that would display the attendees that will be at the meeting on the TV screen. We currently see the organizer at the top of the meeting time with a breif description underneath. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you very much.
side note: Currently on software version 5.5.2.11217 but will be updating soon to newest available (5.5.3.3517).

Hello Patrick@ACU,
then this would be working as designed. The Trio itself should have an overview of all attendees in a Skype for Business meeting.
If you want the TV UI to display this we would require this as a feature request with a Business Case

welcome to the Polycom Community.
It is always useful to include if you are using a SIP server or a LYNC / Skype for Business server.
We receive the information from the call server so I am unsure we could archive what you are after.
