Polycom Real Presence 8800 getting restarted intermittently

Hi All,

 

We have configured the Polycom Real Presence 8800 device configured for Skype client.The phone is getting restarted after 2 or 3 days.

 

The firmware is updated to the latest.

Stating the latest software does not help others when finding this post in days, weeks, months or years to come as they do not know what software mentioned was current at the time of writing.

Please therefore always post the exact complete build id.

This is not the latest software.

 

UC Software 5.5.3 is the currently latest available software for the Trio.

 

Please upgrade to a currently supported version.
