We are trying to register our Polycom SoundStructure VoIP Interface module with our on prem Lync 2013 environment.
The UC software version is running 188.8.131.5271.
The device has been configured as per http://support.polycom.com/content/dam/polycom-support/products/Voice/soundstructure/setup-maintenan...
However trying to sign in via the Polycom web admin fails and looking in the Lync server SIP traces I see:
Failed to validate user credentials - Result-Code: 0x8009030c SEC_E_LOGON_DENIED
I am successfully able to sign in to a SfB desktop client using the username and password details and these same details are being used in the SoundStructure cfg.
