Polycom Trio 8500 Teams doesn't prompt for Personal/Shared Mode
We have a Polycom Trio 8500 running on the latest firmware 5.9.2 and is stuck in Teams Personal Mode. I've tried fatory resetting the phone and then switch over to the Teams profile. Once the account is logged in, it doesn't prompt the choice of running in Personal or Shared Mode and runs in Personal Mode automatically. I've also checked if there are any Teams policies in place and it's null.

It looks like the Trio 8500 auto switched to "Shared Mode" following creating a new "Shared Mode" policy and assigning it to the Teams phone account. I've also removed the phone from the Teams Admin Center Devices tab. It took several minutes, but phone re-registered with Teams and auto switched to Shared Mode. The following guide was also helpful in creating the necessary policy and assigning it to the device accounts.
