Polycom Trio 8800 2 lines (SIP ans SFB)

Good afternoon, We have a Polycom Trio 8800 and set it to multi-line. Line 2, SIP is running, but line 1 (SFB o365) gives error: failed to fectch the user certificate. What could it be?

Hi, It´s fix.

The problem was, the user account need 2 factor authentication.
