I have a TRIO 8800 running IOS v5.4.2. When I login to the gui and attempt to sign in to my SFB account the "Lync Signin" option is grayed out. I tried a factory reset but still no luck. I've configured 39 other devices with no problem so this is a first. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Hello FDD4305,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The Unit you purchased is not a LYNC or Skype SKU and therefore you need to change the Base Profile.

This is shown => here <= and the SKU is explained => here <=

You must purchase a Polycom per device LYNC / Skype license for every device without a -018 or -019 part number.

In addition I recommend updating to UC Software 5.4.4

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
