We are building a lab for testing Polycom VVX 500 phones to O365 tenant connecting to Skype Online. We are able to sign-on from the Skype 2016 client and make voice calls. Then we attempted to register the VVX 500 phone logging on to the same sip account on the laptop.
It fails to connect and looking at the log files, we are receiving a DNS lookup failure to O365 tenant as well as failure to update the configuration file.
The UC software version on the phone is 220.127.116.1156 with Updater Version - 18.104.22.16867.
I have attached the latest log file.
Any help would be much appreciated.

UC Software 5.5.0 was never qualified to use with LYNC or Skype for Business. Please utilize a supported Version like UC Software 5.5.2 instead.
