Polycom VVX Expansion Module Problem

We have a Polycom VVX 600 with 3 VVX color led expansion modules attached. We are using Skype for Business 2015 as the client and have been unable to program all of the expansion modules with our Skype contacts. It only allow 100 entries before we get a message indicating the list is full. I thought I read somwhere that you can have up to 200 contacts. Is this possible and if so how do we program the other 100 contacts on our expansion modules?

Hello mbrown,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

I believe our documentation states the same, 200 for VVX50x and VVX60x and 100 for all the smaller phones but that document could be wrong.

 

Could I ask you to open a case with support?


If this is some sort of an Internet discounter please post either your phone's MAC address or your Polycom devices serial so I can look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Polycom device from.

I do currently have a support case open. The phone and expansion units were purchased from Insight. The MAC addres for the phone is  MAC Address:  00:04:F2:CE:A3:61

Hello MBrown,

We sold this phone via SCANSOURCE COMMUNICATIONS back in 26/12/2016 so they are your Tier 1 support. Please work with them on this for the fastest route to get this into Engineering.

 

Please be aware that if you are utilizing Flexible Line Keys the limit is 100 as stated in the FAQ post.
