Polycom and O365 SfB Account lock-out issue



We have installed 20 VVX series phones in our miami office. We found that users will get locked out from our AD if they change their AD password and froget to log out and in again on the phone at the same time. This is very unfurtunate since users tend to forget or if they travel for a longer period and their account needs a new passwd they have a phone in the office that keeps on trying to log into their account with an old pass and gets locked out from our domain.


Any suggestions on how to solve this issue?
