We are a small business with a single phone. We purchased a new VVX401 that I configured using BToE.  Works fine, but I need to prepend an area code to all numbers dialed without one.  Is there a way to do this from the phone interface?  All questions/responses for this question involve adding specific codes to what appears to be some sort of management software.  My phone came with no instructions other than connection diagrams, so I am not exactly sure what to do.  It seems like something I could just find in the phone OS.

If I need the software to make this change, can I run it on a laptop and connect it to the phone only when a change is needed?

Thanks

Hello Megaweapon,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

I would recommend to work with whoever sold you this service and the phone. Usually the Skype for Business Server can do this.
