RealPresence Trio 8800+: Present Desktop does not work

We're using a total of 9 Polycom RealPresence Trio 8800 at versions and and Skype For Business Client 16.0.7030.1023 on Windows 7 SP1. The server is SfB 2015.

The Trios work well mostly, but we are not able to use "Present Desktop" as soon as a RealPresence Trio is in the conversation. The presenting client stays on "Connecting..." for a couple of seconds before cancelling the presentation without any notice. The Trio shows the "Displaying Content"-Menu for a split second before returning to the call menu, but never shows anything on screen. Present Desktop works well between SfB-Clients. Also, "Present Program" works well with the RealPresence Trio.

Funnily enough, once a "Present Program" session is established, we can choose "Present Desktop" in the client during the active "Present Programm" session. This way, presenting the Desktop works.

Any ideas / hints?

We are experiencing the same issue.  We've just deployed two units one is on the .2007 firmware the other is on the last firmware that has a known error with reboots.  Neither one are about to display content with SfB on the LCD panel in the room.  Everyone else on the SfB meeting sees the content fine.
