After working through the configuration via a provisioning server and Setting up everything as we like it, there are just a few things that simply bug me.

The first thing is we have a Global contact list for Internal Members in Skype for Business the List gets Listed under Contacts on the Phone but it is Empty when you open it. Making a copy of that List to a new Local Account Group lets you see them on the Phone. Is there anything you can do to Enable to use those Global contact lists on the Phone?

The other thing is

0721111815|pgui |4|00|CEWSWebTicketService::onRenewTimeout
0721111821|pgui |4|00|CSoapTransaction error = SSL handshake failed (6)
0721111821|pgui |4|00|'webtickt' Service CSoapTransaction network error = SSL handshake failed (6) while requesting URL 'https://login.microsoftonline.com/getUserRealm.srf?login="ourAdress"@"ourAddress.com"&xml=1'
0721111821|pgui |4|00|Fetching of web ticket failed with network error 6.
0721111847|pgui |4|00|UM service is 0 and play on phone service is 0

This recurring error in the log files. I guess from other user stories we need to add the CA Certificate of our S4B to the Phones Config, but i am actually not sure where to find this in our Azure S4B. On the other hand it is the Microsoft domain and their certificate should be globally signed anyways right?

We are using the most current update on the phone

UC Software Version 5.4.5.9188

Hello SoulSeak,

Stating the latest software does not help others when finding this post in days, weeks, months or years to come as they do not know what software mentioned was current at the time of writing.

Please therefore always post the exact complete build id.

Therefore the Polycom VoIP FAQ contains this post here:

Question: How can I find out my SIP or UC Software Version of my Phone?
Resolution: Please check here

In addition you should not need to load any external certificates if using Skype for Business online.

In any case check this here:
