Hi,

 

We have 12 RealPresence Trio 8800 Units in our company, all on the latest firmware 5.4.5.9658. We use SkypeForBusiness Server 2015 on-premise and Exchange Online (Office 365).

 

After a couply of days (we mostly notice it on Mondays), the RealPresence Trio loses the connection to the exchange online calendar. It does not display appointments anymore. The Web-Interface under Diagnostic -> Lync Status -> Exchange Client shows "EWS not deployed". A reboot fixes the issue for the next couple of days.

 

Any ideas?

Hello final,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The current latest software is UC Software 5.5.2 Rel AC and has a fix for a known Exchange issue.

I suggest you upgrade to a currently supported version and test this.
