Another issue we're running into:

When users place calls using the Skype for Business software on their PC, typically by typing a name, then right clicking on the name and choosing "Call" then selecting the number (Mobile, Work, etc) - the VVX 600 shows under Recent Calls, the e-mail address of the contact you called.

So instead of +17145551212, it's showing joe@domain.com      This means you can't redial that called number from the Polycom phone.

Is there a way to have the Polycom phone show digits for the recent calls instead of the e-mail address of the contact?

Hello JimSillasen,

I have replicated this internally and raised an internal ticket and we will address this in a future release.

I would highly recommend that you work with your Polycom reseller or provide me with the MAC address of your phone so I can lookup who your first level support contact would be.

They can raise a ticket for you and we can then track your request and keep you updated on the progress. Please use VESC-5857 as a reference when raising this ticket.

In addition did you yet have a chance to get some feedback on => this <= ?

Hello JimSillasen,

this was fixed in UC Software 5.4.4:

  • VOIP-112042 The VVX Phones on O365 is now able to re-dial the pinned contact number that was dialed prior to it through Lync Client.

The Support page should be updated shortly
