In version 5.9.4 of the Poly UC Software, the ability to perform a remote Web Sign In through the Poly Web Configuration Utility was added, as shown in the release notes. If I downgrade one of our VVX 411 devices to that software version, I can confirm the feature is there and works as expected. However, with version 6.3.1, the "Web Sign In" no longer appears in the "Authentication type" drop-down under Settings > Skype for Business Sign In.

 

Was this feature removed, or is there something I need to do to re-enable it on newer software versions?

<web feature.remoteWebSignIn.enabled ="1"/>

Welcome back to the Poly Community.

I can replicate this and have opened an internal ticket as the Phone UI has the option but the Web does not. This is for both 6.3.0 and 6.3.1

 

Whilst 6.3.x is not an official Microsoft Build I am unsure if we will address this. If this is important for you and you need to be on 6.3.x for another reason please work with a Poly reseller to get this into support.

Interestingly, the only mention of that parameter I can find is in the 5.9.4 release notes, which say that the default value is 1 (Enabled), but that default appears to have changed.
