Hello hannesp,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The community's Skype for Business  FAQ contains this post here:

Jan 25, 2016 Question:How many Lines can I register using Polycom phones with Lync Server / Skype for Business server ?

Resolution: You can register only one line when Lync is set as the base profile on the phone.

You are trying an unsupported configuration.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Still the same answer. Unsupported if LYNC or Skype for Business is being used

We do currently not support hybrid environments if Skype is being used

Ok understand- SIP+Skype on 2 lines is not supported

phone is a sip device OR a Skype device

is my scenario so strange or unusal? does I miss a point?

My wish: one line sip, one skype, when pickup a call make Skype busy state-> product manager

Hello Hannes,

Once a line is set into Skype for Business / LYNC mode you can only register one line.

This is by design and any discussion about dual / hybrid registration requires a NDA / Non disclosure agreement.
